Cumberland Park is one of the relatively newer parks in Nashville, having opened within the last decade. It boasts unmatched views of Music City’s skyline, play areas, climbing ropes, and an interactive splash pad (running from May 24-September 1).
Located at 592 South First Street, it’s near the Nissan Stadium side of the Pedestrian Bridge. It’s also known as Riverfront Park Nashville.
Cumberland Park is a great photoshoot location because:
It’s centrally located in downtown Nashville
Free parking is generally easy to find nearby
You can get the iconic Nashville look, plus other bright/white aesthetics all right there
You can enjoy a walk downtown or in the park with the family after the shoot
Whether you’re visiting Music City as a tourist, or wanting a crisp, city vibe for your Nashville family portrait session, Cumberland Park is a stunning location to consider. In a 45-minute session we can efficiently capture your family against the city skyline from both Riverfront Park and the Pedestrian Bridge. It’s also one of my most popular spots for headshots and branding shoots for Nashville-area businesses.
